This is the general process I will take you through to start with your first land acquisition. It will be customized according to your experience level and needs.
- Week 1 - Two hour meeting & introductions.
- Week 2 - One hour meeting, review course content.
- Week 3 - Three hour session deep dive into property search.
- Week 4 - Two hour sessions deep dive into acquisition.
- Week 5 - One hour meeting check in
- Week 6 - Two hour meeting opportunity review
- Week 7 - One hour meeting check in
- Week 8 - Two hour meeting listing property for sale
- Week 9 through 24 - One hour weekly meetings to continue acquisitions & set up business for growth.
