I have gone through years of deals and created a process for both finding deals and quantifying if they are a safe investment.  I will show you how to find these properties and then determine if you should buy and flip them!  

It takes money to make money in real estate.  Luckily, in land, it's not much!  I just recently bought 3 parcels for $1,000 TOTAL.  They should sell for about $15,000 to $20,000.  This type of real estate does not require much money at all.  The first few deals I did were both under $1,000.  Also, by joining our community you will have access to investors who can fund deals you find, meaning no money out of pocket! 

You do NOT need to be a realtor, or really have any experience at all in real estate.  The name of this game is sales, marketing and knowledge.  I will teach you to become a sales and marketing machine, equipped with land knowledge, there is no need, legally, or educationally, to get a real estate license.  I do business in states all over the country without a license.  And as a bonus, you don't even need to be a US citizen to do this, as anyone can own land in America.

I totally get that it seems expensive, but I've heard from all my mentees I could be charging a lot more.  For example, this course costs $1,000, all my mentees who have gone through the process I teach, have made over $10,000 on their first deal.  Meaning just 1 deal would pay for itself & more.  That’s a lot better return than college!  Even for my 1:1 mentorship, at $5,000, broken down into the time I spend, it only is only about $200 an hour, or less!  I pay my real estate attorney $400 an hour.  When I used to be a consultant, we billed companies over $1,000 an hour for consulting.  So, in terms of investing into something that will change your financial future, I priced these offers at something I thought was fair.
