Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how STE LLC ("Sell The Earth," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit selltheearth.com or use our programs and services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, and any details you submit through our forms (opt-ins, contact, applications, checkout).
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage information: basic analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To deliver the programs, courses, community, and coaching you sign up for.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send you marketing emails and, where you've consented, SMS messages about our offers and content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
Email communications
When you sign up through one of our forms, STE LLC may send you emails about our events, free training, programs, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you opt in by checking the SMS box on one of our forms and providing your mobile number. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. If you opt in, STE LLC (Sell The Earth) will send recurring automated text messages to that number, including event reminders, replies to your questions, and marketing about our land investing training and land for sale.
- Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@selltheearth.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers). See our SMS terms.
AI Hunter (member assistant)
Members can use AI Hunter, an AI assistant trained on our course material. Questions you ask it and the answers it gives are stored with your account and may be reviewed by Sell The Earth to improve the assistant and the program. Your messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate answers and are not used to train their models. If you choose to connect your own Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) API key, your questions — together with the course excerpts used to answer them — are sent to that provider under your own account and its terms; we store the key encrypted, use it only to answer your AI Hunter questions, and delete it when you remove it. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. AI answers are educational and can be wrong — they are not legal, tax or financial advice.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example, payment processing, email and text message delivery, and hosting), and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
