These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of selltheearth.com and the programs, courses, community, and coaching offered by STE LLC ("Sell The Earth," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Educational purpose & no guarantees

Sell The Earth provides education and coaching about vacant-land investing. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Any earnings or examples shown are illustrative and depend on your effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own business and investment decisions and for complying with all applicable laws.

Purchases & access

Programs are sold as one-time purchases that include lifetime access to the materials of the plan you buy, including future updates to those materials. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.

AI Hunter add-on

AI Hunter is an optional add-on for members: $7.99 per month for a monthly allowance of AI usage (unused allowance does not roll over to the next billing month), plus optional $7.99 credit packs that do not expire. Usage is metered per answer, so the number of answers an allowance or pack covers varies with the length and complexity of the questions. New members receive the first three months of monthly credit free. You can cancel the subscription at any time from the member area; access continues to the end of the paid period. AI Hunter answers are generated automatically from our course content and are provided for education only — they may be inaccurate and are not legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Chats are stored and may be reviewed to improve the service.

Refunds & the deal guarantee

Our deal guarantee and refund terms apply to the Program + Group Coaching plan and are described in full on our Refund Policy page. Please review the qualifying criteria there.

Community conduct

Our private community and group chats are for members. Be respectful. We may remove content or revoke access for harassment, spam, sharing of paid materials, or other conduct that harms the community.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, contracts, templates, and content are the property of STE LLC and are provided for your personal use within your own business. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of our education or from investment decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
